Refund policy

At Lavida, our products are carefully manufactured with care and love to make sure our products feel worth paying for. But unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds on any products.

However, product replacement is available within 3 days of delivery, strictly in cases of manufacturing defects or damaged items.
Please note:

  • No change of product or variant will be allowed

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
